Here’s how I arrived at providing computer support in London
1984 – present
In 1984, after studying Systems Analysis and Design in Manchester, I established my own Consultancy back in London, providing database solutions to small organisations (eg client records, stock control, sales order processing).
Over the years, my experience widened to cover the growing range of IT needs of PC users in small office and home office environments.
From there, it was a natural progression to offer computer support to home users as well as professionals and small organisations.
1994 – 200
I also continued to keep a sharp focus on the real-world use of IT through involvement in producing a bi-monthly magazine for healthcare professionals. This included subscriptions management (for which I designed the subscriber database, of course), desktop publishing and IT Support.
1976 – 1983
